Thank you or taking the time to visit my website to learn a bit more about me and my style of massage therapy.  My journey into massage therapy began in 2012.  From the very beginning of my career, I knew I wanted my work to go beyond relaxation.  I was drawn to the therapeutic side of massage - helping people relieve pain, recover from injuries/surgeries, and correct chronic issues that affect their daily lives.   Over the years, I've continued to expand my training and am now a Certified Medical Massage Practitioner specializing in Sports, Rehabilitative and Medical Massage Therapy.  My approach focuses on identifying the root causes of pain and dysfunction in the body and using targeted techniques to help restore movement, reduce discomfort, and support the body's natural healing proces. I will take time to listen to you and truly hear your thoughts, goals and concerns, then devise a plan using a range of modalities, including Swedish, Sports, Deep Tissue, Myofacial Release, Restorative massage.  Often including instrument assisted therapy such as cupping, and muscle scraping to achieve the best results.    My goal with each massage session is a client-centered approach to body restoration, pain management and overall wellness.  Please visit my services page to see details of all massage options including prenatal (pregnancy), lymphatic, and full body stretch sessions.
